Critical thinking is essential, as team members must apply rules to produce accurate and reliable analyses independently. Findings should be compiled into clear and digestible spreadsheet templates and presentation slides. Project management and implementation are key components of the role, requiring individuals to execute operational tasks independently, such as developing tools and templates for client use, completing tasks requested by clients, and creating slide decks. Quality assurance is crucial, as team members must ensure their work product addresses the subject question, flows logically, and is free from errors. Additionally, setting up tools and utilizing client software to access data is part of the operational responsibilities.
