About the position

The A&M CFO Services team collaborates with private equity portfolio companies to enhance business value through improved transparency and operational performance. The role focuses on optimizing liquidity and working capital, providing strategic analytics and planning, and ensuring effective performance measurement and management. The team is dedicated to supporting private equity firms by delivering credible financial plans and executing strategies that drive financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyze relevant data and information for fact-based analyses.
  • Validate all data used in calculations and reconcile models and reports.
  • Think critically to produce accurate and reliable analyses independently.
  • Compile findings into clear spreadsheet templates and presentation slides.
  • Execute operational tasks independently, including tool/template development and slide deck creation.
  • Quality check work products to ensure logical flow and error-free results.
  • Set up tools and utilize client software/apps to access client data.
  • Collaborate with team members and share knowledge effectively.
  • View interactions as learning opportunities.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university with a concentration in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
  • Experience in building integrated financial models.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
