This role is open to all U.S. locations and is part of a growing business that targets high growth in the next 2-4 years. The firm specializes in turnaround management, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services, focusing on serving middle market and large cap private equity firms. The PEPI practice aims to improve operating results at portfolio companies through a hands-on approach and deep functional expertise. As a Director in Sales Force Effectiveness, you will advise companies on Revenue & Margin Management, focusing on sales force effectiveness, margin management, marketing optimization, and interim sales leadership. Your responsibilities will include managing teams of professionals to tackle complex business challenges, communicating effectively with C-level management, and designing actionable solutions to enhance revenue and margin performance. You will lead teams in executing ongoing Revenue & Margin Management programs, develop customer measurement solutions, and deliver data-driven insights to clients. The role requires a strong project management skill set, as you will own and manage the execution of individual projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will also contribute to the creation of intellectual property and internal team building, while staying abreast of technological advances and applying your experience to solve client problems creatively.
