Auxiliary services such as Accounting Remediation are also part of the offering. The Manager will lead data collection, validation, and analysis efforts, guiding team members in gathering relevant information and conducting client interviews to understand various stakeholder perspectives. Identifying knowledge gaps and challenging the status quo are crucial aspects of this role, as is the ability to forecast liquidity needs and assess financial process efficiencies. Project management is a significant component of the position, requiring the Manager to own and complete workstreams aligned with the CFO Services pillars.
