CFO Services encompasses several key areas, including Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization, Strategic Analytics & Planning, Performance Measurement & Management, Business Transformation, and Auxiliary Services such as Accounting Remediation. In this role, the Manager will be responsible for data collection, validation, and analysis. This includes guiding team members in their information-gathering approaches and ensuring that all relevant sources of information are pursued. The Manager will lead client interviews, asking insightful questions to understand various stakeholders' perspectives. Identifying knowledge gaps and challenging the status quo will be essential, as will the ability to forecast liquidity needs and assess financial and accounting process inefficiencies. Project management and implementation are also key components of this position. The Manager will own and complete workstreams based on the CFO Services pillars, ensuring that project approaches, timelines, and deliverables are logical and accurate. Setting and communicating client expectations consistently is vital, as is the ability to identify risks and obstacles early on and create contingency plans. Leadership is a significant aspect of this role, as the Manager will leverage their experience to guide and promote innovative thinking within the team.
