- Conduct pre-acquisition IT diligence assignments focusing on business systems, IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and organizational assessments.
- Manage interim IT management and merger integration processes.
- Drive performance improvement through Day-1 and 100-day planning and execution, ensuring objectives are met and strategies adjusted as necessary.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables and manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of five years specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ERP, WMS, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and budgetary analysis.
