About the position

Responsibilities
- Deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement business and technology solutions for private equity clients.
- Conduct pre-acquisition IT diligence assignments focusing on business systems, IT infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
- Manage interim IT management and merger integration execution.
- Drive performance improvement through Day-1 and 100-day planning and execution, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Implement quality deliverables and manage day-to-day client relationships.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, with at least five years in systems implementations, merger integration, and business transformation.
- Experience working with private equity sponsors or portfolio companies.
- Deep functional expertise in areas such as IT merger integration, business transformation, and IT operations.
- Proven track record of working with business leaders and private equity deal staff.
- Excellent analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice-to-haves
- Advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm or Big-4 consultancy.
- Specific experience in designing change/communications strategies.
