About the position

Responsibilities
- Guide team members in data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Lead client interviews and understand stakeholder perspectives.
- Identify knowledge gaps and challenge the status quo.
- Pinpoint financial and operational inefficiencies and assess organizational design.
- Present issues and opportunities clearly and concisely.
- Own and complete workstreams based on Fund Management Solutions services.
- Set and communicate client expectations consistently.
- Create actionable plans to optimize processes and improve transparency.
- Identify risks and create contingency plans.
- Leverage experience to guide and promote innovative thinking within the team.
- Provide coaching and share knowledge with teammates.
- Build and review financial models and provide valuable financial analysis.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
- Experience at a fund/asset manager or equivalent business is strongly preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university with a concentration in accounting, finance, or economics is preferred but not required.
- CPA, CFA, or Master's Degree is preferred but not required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in project management and implementation.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
