About the position

The Senior Associate in CFO Services at A&M will work closely with private equity portfolio companies to enhance their financial performance and operational efficiency. This role focuses on providing strategic insights and hands-on support to improve cash flow, EBITDA, and overall business value. The Senior Associate will engage in data analysis, project management, and team collaboration to deliver tailored financial solutions and ensure successful execution of financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, validation, and analysis to support project objectives.
• Lead client interviews to gather meaningful data and identify information gaps.
• Conduct trend analysis and challenge assumptions with fact-based analytics.
• Enhance management reporting and develop reliable forecasting models.
• Create compelling presentations that align with data and branding standards.
• Manage project timelines and client expectations effectively.
• Develop financial models, including three-statement forecasts and liquidity forecasts.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university with a concentration in accounting, finance, or economics preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proficient in building integrated financial models and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
