The Senior Associate will engage directly with clients to ensure that their portfolio companies have credible financial plans and the capability to execute these plans effectively, ultimately delivering positive financial outcomes. CFO Services encompasses several key areas, including Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization, Strategic Analytics & Planning, Performance Measurement & Management, Business Transformation, and Auxiliary Services such as Accounting Remediation. The Senior Associate will be responsible for data collection, validation, and analysis, which involves developing information requests tailored to specific project scopes, leading client interviews to gather meaningful data, and identifying information gaps through trend analysis and pattern recognition. This role requires a deep dive into relevant data to enhance management reporting and develop reliable forecasting models. In addition to analytical skills, the Senior Associate will manage projects and ensure that all client deliverables are presented logically and accurately. This includes setting reasonable timelines and expectations in alignment with client needs, developing financial models such as three-statement forecasts and liquidity forecasts, and creating client presentations independently. The role also emphasizes teamwork, encouraging a collaborative environment where diverse ideas are welcomed, and knowledge sharing is promoted. Financial acumen is essential, as the Senior Associate must build various financial models and provide insightful analyses that reflect the impacts on profit and balance sheets stemming from key operating levers. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in relevant fields such as accounting, finance, or economics, along with 3-7 years of experience in areas like Accounting, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking, or Private Equity. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are also critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university with a concentration in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not required.
- 3-7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
- Experience in building integrated financial models and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
