About the position

The Senior Associate in CFO Services at A&M will work closely with private equity portfolio companies to enhance their financial performance and operational efficiency. This role focuses on providing strategic insights and hands-on support to improve liquidity, working capital, and overall business transformation. The Senior Associate will be responsible for data analysis, project management, and developing financial models to ensure clients can execute credible financial plans and achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, validation, and analysis to support project objectives.
• Lead client interviews to gather meaningful data and identify information gaps.
• Conduct trend analysis and challenge preconceived beliefs with fact-based analytics.
• Enhance management reporting and develop reliable forecasting models.
• Create and present financial models and client presentations independently.
• Promote teamwork and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university with a concentration in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not required.
• 3-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proficiency in building integrated financial models and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
