CFO Services encompasses several key areas, including Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization, Strategic Analytics & Planning, Performance Measurement & Management, and Business Transformation. Additionally, Auxiliary Services such as Accounting Remediation are provided to address specific client needs. The Senior Director will be responsible for hypothesis and scope development, connecting with private equity and client executive teams to facilitate comprehensive information gathering. This role requires a keen assessment of critical organizational challenges and the ability to identify actionable paths forward for clients. In this capacity, the Senior Director will challenge analyses and conclusions to ensure they are thorough, accurate, and reflective of the current business situation. The role demands a strong understanding of the sources and drivers of value creation within both the industry and the specific company. Project management and implementation are also crucial, as the Senior Director will develop complex business improvement plans and lead projects independently, focusing on private equity initiatives such as Interim Management Roles, Liquidity Management, Business Transformation, and Performance Improvement. Leadership is a key expectation, as the Senior Director will apply industry expertise to create and deliver innovative solutions while managing client relationships and team deliverables. The role requires a proactive approach to managing client expectations and risks, ensuring that long-term opportunities are developed.
