CFO Services encompasses several key areas, including Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization, Strategic Analytics & Planning, Performance Measurement & Management, and Business Transformation. Additionally, Auxiliary Services such as Accounting Remediation are provided to address specific client needs. The Senior Director will be responsible for hypothesis and scope development, connecting with private equity and client executive teams to gather essential information and ensure comprehensive data analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational challenges and the ability to identify actionable paths forward for clients. In terms of project management and implementation, the Senior Director will develop complex business improvement plans and lead various initiatives focused on private equity, including interim management roles, liquidity management, business transformation, performance improvement, and accounting remediation. The role demands proactive management of client expectations and risk, fostering long-term client relationships, and effectively communicating key business focuses to senior management and board members to secure buy-in for implementation plans.
