The Senior Director will be responsible for hypothesis and scope development, connecting with private equity and client executive teams to facilitate comprehensive information gathering. This role requires a keen assessment of organizational challenges, identifying pathways forward, and ensuring that analyses are thorough, accurate, and reflective of the current situation. In addition to project management and implementation, the Senior Director will develop complex business improvement plans and lead various initiatives focused on private equity, including interim management roles, liquidity management, and performance improvement. The role demands proactive management of client expectations and risk, fostering long-term client relationships, and convincing senior management and board members of key business focuses.
