About the position
MedQuest is seeking a passionate and skilled per diem / prn Outpatient CT Technologist Level II to join their innovative team at the UVA Outpatient Imaging Center in Centreville, Virginia. This role focuses on providing quality patient care and diagnostic information through effective patient interaction and technical expertise in CT procedures. The position offers opportunities for growth and development through internal training programs.
Responsibilities
- Integrate scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care.
- Complete CT scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Ensure the most remarkable patient experience during imaging procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- ARRT registered with active state licensure, where applicable.
- Must complete required CEUs in a timely manner to ensure certification remains active.
- 2+ years of experience as a Cat Scan (CT) Technologist.
- Knowledge of CT procedures and standards.
- Skill in operation of CT equipment.
- Customer service background and focus.
