Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of care to residents of the Skilled Nursing Unit and/or Assisted Living/Memory Support Unit under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
- Respond to emergencies within the Independent Living Unit.
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants during the performance of their assigned duties.
Requirements
- Registered Nursing License in NJ
- CPR certified
- One to two years experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
- Active listening and visual skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management skills
Nice-to-haves
- One to two years in a Nursing or Sub-Acute Care Facility preferred
