About the position
The Per Diem RN position at Crane's Mill involves managing the delivery of care to residents in the Skilled Nursing Unit and/or Assisted Living/Memory Support Unit. The role requires responding to emergencies within the Independent Living Unit and supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. This position is designed for registered nurses who are looking for flexible work opportunities in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of care to residents in the Skilled Nursing Unit and/or Assisted Living/Memory Support Unit.
- Respond to emergencies within the Independent Living Unit.
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants during their assigned duties.
Requirements
- Registered Nursing License in NJ
- CPR certification required
- One to two years experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
- One to two years in a Nursing or Sub-Acute Care Facility preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and visual skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management skills
