About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in welding.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Flux and Pulse Welding.
• Welding on various structures including ship, power generation, and submarine framing.

Responsibilities

• Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using appropriate welding techniques.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process.
