About the position
This job involves creating a custom perforated aluminum sheet screen that meets specific dimensional requirements. The screen is needed at a 90-degree angle and can either be made as one piece or two pieces stitched together, depending on feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Provide a quote for the custom perforated aluminum sheet screen.
- Create a perforated metal sheet screen at a 90-degree angle based on specified dimensions.
- Ensure the screen meets the height and width requirements: Height: 48", Large side width: 26", Small side width: 13.5".
- Communicate with the client regarding material options and feasibility.
Requirements
- Experience in metal fabrication or working with perforated materials.
- Ability to work with aluminum sheets and create custom designs.
- Knowledge of tools and techniques for stitching metal pieces together if needed.
