The editor will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and user acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for performance-driven ad campaigns, optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable engagement and conversions.
  • Work with marketing teams to analyze ad performance data and iterate on video content to improve click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and ROI.
  • Tailor video content to align with the unique requirements and best practices of each digital ad platform.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and the performance marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all campaign elements.
  • Implement and test variations of video ads to determine what resonates most with audiences and enhances performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, social media advertising, and creative tools to continuously innovate and elevate our video ad content.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of video editing experience, with a proven track record of creating high-performing digital ads, preferably in e-commerce, social media, or consumer products.
  • Mastery of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and familiarity with motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and how to create content optimized for conversions across different ad platforms.
  • Ability to bring creative concepts to life with a focus on storytelling, brand alignment, and audience engagement.
  • Experience using data insights to inform editing decisions, including iterating on videos based on performance metrics.
  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring the final product is polished and aligned with brand standards.
