PERFORMANCE ANALYST

About the position

Performance Analysis is a critical function employed by Comanche Notion Entertainment, including financial, marketing, and operational (slots, table games, etc.) analysis. The proportions of the different types of analysis will vary over time based on the organization's needs. The output of this function directly impacts decision-making and performance assessment of operational outputs. The Analytics performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests while maximizing return on investment in critical operational pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive reporting for Comanche Nation Entertainment properties.
• Responsible for monthly performance presentations for property leadership.
• Assist Managers in decision-making and processes through data-driven decisions.
• Daily, weekly, Monthly, and Ad Hoc reporting required in the designated areas: Financial Analytics, Slot Analytics, Marketing Analytics.
• Analysis of income statements, Margin Analysis, and Identifying trends in revenue and expenses.
• Identifying KPIs based on Machine Performance, Identifying trends, and assisting in strategic gaming operations and decisions.
• Player Reporting, Pro and Postforma analysis, Host Reporting, Hotel Reporting, Mailers, and other Marketing departmental needs.
• Ad hoc reporting for leadership.
• Assist the Senior Performance Analyst and the Performance Analytics Manager when needed.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree with an emphasis in Statistics, Accounting, or related area from a college/university, or technical school;
• Two (2) years of experience in business or related analysis and intermediate MS Excel including LOOKUPS, Pivot Tables and SUMIFS.
