About the position

As a Product Owner for Performance and Analytics applications, you will play a crucial role in leading an agile team to ensure that functionality is prioritized and delivered effectively throughout the development process. This position is integral to supporting large client implementations from a performance product perspective, allowing you to engage directly with clients and ensure their needs are met. You will be part of the Institutional Services function, which emphasizes a comprehensive and holistic approach to client relationships, catering to asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. Your contributions will help foster long-lasting client relationships and enhance the solutions and services offered by the firm across various locations and capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for leading workflow analysis, data analysis, and requirements analysis for both current and future state models. You will manage the product roadmap and status reporting, ensuring that the product integrates seamlessly with upstream and downstream applications. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with relevant workstreams and agile teams, providing subject matter expertise for Performance & Analytics applications. You will also liaise with business teams and IT worldwide to define requirements, sign off on functionality, and actively support Business User Acceptance Testing (BUAT) from a product perspective. Additionally, you will lead workstreams from the product side for client implementations, ensuring production readiness and successful delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Product Owner for an Agile team focused on Performance and Analytics applications.
  • Lead workflow analysis, data analysis, and requirements analysis for current and future state models.
  • Manage the product roadmap and status reporting.
  • Ensure product integration with upstream and downstream applications.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant workstreams and agile teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Performance & Analytics applications.
  • Work with business teams and IT worldwide to define requirements.
  • Sign off on functionality to ensure it meets expectations.
  • Support Business User Acceptance Testing (BUAT) from a product perspective.
  • Lead workstreams from the product side for client implementation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or Economics is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities.
  • SQL skills are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Performance & Analytics is essential.
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • CIPM or CFA designations are a plus.
