Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter, K6, and LoadRunner.
• Prepare Performance Test Plans, Scripts, Scenarios, and Analysis Reports.
• Perform various types of performance testing including load, stress, volume, and soak/endurance testing.
• Identify performance-related bottlenecks through detailed analysis.
• Create and enhance test scripts using correlation, parameterization, and debugging techniques.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Perfmon, Performance Center, Dynatrace, and SQL Profiler for performance analysis.
• Analyze Java thread dumps to identify root causes of application slowness and CPU spikes.

Requirements

• 10-14 years of experience in performance testing and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools, preferably K6 or JMeter.
• Expertise in preparing performance test documentation and analysis reports.
• Extensive experience in various performance testing types.
• Strong ability to identify performance bottlenecks from logs and monitoring tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SQL, Selenium, and test automation (1 year preferred).
• Knowledge of load modeling to reflect actual business usage.
