About the position

The Performance Center Manager (PCM) at Strategic Resources Inc. is responsible for leading and managing the Army Ready and Resilient Performance Centers, which provide training in resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army personnel and their families. The PCM serves as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) and coordinates with local leadership to execute training programs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local installation Point of Contact (POC) for R2PC matters.
• Lead, manage, and direct contractor staff assigned to the R2PC.
• Coordinate with the GTM and local installation leadership to plan and execute training and education.
• Participate in the local Community Ready and Resilient Council (CR2C) and community-based events.
• Serve as the primary POC for Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) Level 1 training.
• Ensure quality control of all MRT-PEs, including certification and evaluations.
• Conduct rehearsals for training presentations to prepare MRT-PEs for teaching.
• Conduct local program Quality Assurance/Quality Enhancement and provide reports.
• Develop the annual training schedule in coordination with the GTM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Prior experience serving in the military, as a DOD civilian employee, or as a military dependent.
• Graduate of MRT level one (MRT training may be completed after start of employment).
• Minimum of five years' relevant experience in training facilitation and support operations.
• Ability to represent the program to senior leadership, including General Officers and Garrison Commanders.
• Possess or obtain National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
• Proficient in operating general office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Organized and experienced multi-tasker.
