About The Position
The Performance Center Manager (PCM) at Strategic Resources Inc. is responsible for leading and managing the Army Ready and Resilient Performance Centers, which provide training in resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army personnel and their families. The PCM serves as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) and coordinates with local leadership to execute training programs effectively.
