About the position

The Performance Engineering Architect at WPS Health Solutions will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the Performance Engineering and Quality Engineering architectural roadmap. This position involves providing guidance to QA and QE teams in performance testing and nonfunctional validation throughout the development process, collaborating with internal clients and developers to design and implement effective performance engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Performance Engineering and Quality Engineering architectural roadmap.
• Provide guidance to QA and QE teams on performance testing and nonfunctional validation.
• Collaborate with internal clients and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to recommend and design performance engineering solutions.
• Implement effective orchestration of Performance Engineering solutions.
• Set up appropriate test systems and develop required logic and controller programs for performance capabilities.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Project management skills to work with various levels and divisions within the organization.
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
