About the position

The Performance and Growth Marketing Manager at Wantable is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for the brands 78&SUNNY and Interval. This role requires a data-driven approach and expertise across digital platforms to enhance campaign performance and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS). The manager will collaborate with various teams to exceed growth targets and ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy across paid and organic channels, optimizing customer acquisition costs as we scale.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics, including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS, and retention metrics.
  • Oversee campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation across platforms, focusing on maximizing return on ad spend.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, generating actionable insights to inform future strategies and improve conversion rates through ongoing A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns reflect brand messaging, target audience, and strategic goals.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to develop and refine audience segmentation strategies, crafting targeted campaigns for diverse consumer groups.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and platforms, assessing opportunities to incorporate new channels into the growth strategy for 78&SUNNY and Interval.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a proven record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making with familiarity in Google Analytics, Excel, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets efficiently to optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present data-driven insights to various teams.
  • Self-starter with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
