About the position

The Performance Marketing Associate at Hearst Magazines plays a crucial role in driving high-performing traffic across the company's digital brands. This position involves launching, optimizing, and analyzing search and social media campaigns, working closely with various teams to enhance campaign strategies and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and maintain paid media campaigns including setting them up, selecting creative images, writing and editing ad copy, and managing campaign performance.
  • Run and analyze campaign reporting to determine optimization opportunities for your portfolio of campaigns.
  • Collaborate, share results, and brainstorm with other team members to help shape campaign strategy.
  • Provide feedback to our edit teams on which topics and types of content are resonating with our audiences.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and adept at organizing and interpreting data
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Commerce, digital media, search, or social buying experience is a plus, but not required

Benefits

  • Base salary of $65,000, dependent on various factors such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
