About the position

The Performance Marketing & Content Manager at Dr. Squatch is responsible for driving the digital creative vision and crafting performance marketing content across various digital channels, particularly focusing on Meta platforms. This role involves collaborating with the performance marketing team to develop engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the growth of the Jukebox brand. The position requires a blend of creative strategy, content creation, and project management skills to effectively execute marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to align on account needs, creative insights, and campaign priorities.
  • Generate and edit creative assets (image & video) independently, and consistently on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Create strong, action-oriented CTAs that encourage user engagement and drive conversions.
  • Develop a variety of content formats and stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior.
  • Maintain and organize marketing materials and creative assets, establishing asset management guidelines.
  • Utilize project management software to track campaign status and ensure alignment with team objectives.
  • Help redefine the content strategy for digital creative across performance marketing ads.
  • Provide strategic guidance on creative direction and execute A/B tests for performance creatives.
  • Analyze and offer detailed commentary on the performance of creatives, highlighting successful elements and emerging trends.
  • Communicate cross-functionally and with upper management on creative projects and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Art, or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy and content for DTC products
  • Proven experience in content creation for digital marketing, particularly in paid advertising
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and understanding of video editing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) for measuring ad performance
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and delivering projects on time
  • Brand affinity for Jukebox and ability to harness brand voice across creative assets
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Interest in health & wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to accomplish work without perfect resources and innovate in a timely manner
