About the position

The Performance Marketing Coordinator at Bozzuto plays a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies and analyzing data to drive customer leads and enhance resident loyalty. This position involves working closely with seasoned marketing managers to understand the unique marketing needs of various properties, executing approved marketing plans, and managing projects effectively. The coordinator will oversee a portfolio of assets located on the west coast and mid-west, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the properties and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Understand unique marketing needs of each property and lead the implementation of approved marketing plans.
  • Research various marketing opportunities and execute approved media plans.
  • Create listings, load photos, and make revisions as needed.
  • Perform audits of each property's web presence and make necessary revisions to copy and images.
  • Maintain and update web content for property websites and Bozzuto.com.
  • Create eblasts, write copy, select images, and analyze best practices.
  • Support property level prospect events with ideas for activation and appropriate marketing communications.
  • Project manage various initiatives including property websites, collateral, signage, promo items, and digital ads.
  • Provide reporting and analysis of lead generation and website traffic data.
  • Use tracking tools to monitor campaign success and ensure correct source attribution.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum of one year of Bozzuto property management experience or equivalent in an entry-level marketing role.
  • Analytical thinking with previous data analytics and/or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to deliver great service.
  • Drive to continuously learn and develop skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality of work product.
  • Strong business writing and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data analytics in a marketing context.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
