As our Performance Marketing Copywriter, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven, results-oriented approach. You'll craft compelling copy that converts, constantly innovating and adapting based on real-time strategic feedback. Your role will involve partnering closely with the Creative Director and Content Director to write and optimize copy across various digital channels. You will develop high-converting copy across multiple platforms, fusing creative and content direction with data insights to deliver impactful, conversion-focused copy at every customer touchpoint. In this position, you will attend project kick-offs, digest and apply content direction and content strategies, paying close attention to creative and marketing objectives to fulfill cross-functional copy requests. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders will be essential to align creative vision with analytical goals. You will navigate both upper funnel and lower funnel content strategies, ensuring your writing reflects the brand's strategic objectives and resonates effectively with audience segments. Your responsibilities will also include continuously analyzing copy performance and preparing copy deliverables with relevant performance insights. You will identify opportunities to refine messaging based on customer feedback and partner with the design team to ensure copy is correctly flowed into design, finding integrated visual/copy solutions. Additionally, you will contribute innovative ideas to copy test plans, pitching iterations on proven tactics and bold new approaches. Executing clean, detail-oriented, top-quality copy that aligns with channel best practices and meets brand quality standards will be a key part of your role. You will take ownership of deadlines, follow project schedules and updates, and proofread and edit copy to maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to our brand guidelines. Staying current on fashion industry trends, cultural trends, social trends, and language trends will be crucial, as will tracking and managing copy performance for reporting. You will also participate in brainstorming, concept development, and creative execution, ensuring that your work upholds a high standard of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
