About the position

The Sims Mobile Performance Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy for The Sims franchise, focusing on performance-driven campaigns and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and execution, aiming to achieve product goals through data-driven decision-making and effective resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market, competitor and audience analysis to create practical marketing plans based on market demands
  • Manage Sims Franchise strategy for mobile in collaboration with studio and Franchise Marketing
  • Drive Go to Market strategy for all Sims products on Mobile platforms
  • Partner with Analytics to translate performance results into actionable recommendations
  • Guide marketing strategy into channel marketing efforts across various platforms
  • Set targets across the full funnel from upper funnel advertising to user acquisition campaigns
  • Manage the global marketing budget ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROAS measurement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, user acquisition, and re-engagement of lapsed players
  • Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps and best practices across growth fields.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing for successful mobile games
  • Experience developing Go to Market (GTM) strategies for mobile game launches
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar global marketing budgets
  • Ability to analyze data and experiment to improve metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience marketing mobile games to diverse audiences including Gen Alpha, Gen Z, and Millennials
  • Ability to collaborate and influence others without direct authority.
