About the position

The Performance Marketing Lead at D2G Group LLC is responsible for driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves overseeing the performance of paid marketing efforts, strategizing new initiatives, and executing campaigns across various channels to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth. The position requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in scaling advertising programs and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives across Paid Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Retargeting.
  • Track, analyze, and iterate on performance KPIs to ensure optimal results.
  • Oversee the performance marketing budget, forecasting and adjusting spend for strong ROI.
  • Inspire and develop a talented team of marketers, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in e-commerce (B2B).
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing channels such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools including GA4, SQL, and Power BI.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams with a focus on mentoring and motivation.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Experience with advanced data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
