About the position

The Performance Marketing Manager at Directive Consulting is a key role within the Paid Media team, responsible for overseeing and leading a collection of Paid Media accounts for enterprise SaaS clients. This position focuses on creating and executing high-performing paid media strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals, and driving results through effective communication and collaboration with clients and vendors. The role requires a deep understanding of paid media principles and the ability to analyze campaign performance data to optimize results.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and work quality
  • Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
  • Ensure personal productivity and utilization
  • Work directly with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency
  • Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
  • Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
  • Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
