About the position

The Performance Marketing Manager at Abbott will play a crucial role in driving user growth for the Lingo Division, which focuses on next-generation technology aimed at improving energy, weight loss, and athletic performance. This position involves developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy to drive new user growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Social, and Display.
  • Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and refine strategies with the media agency.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to ensure strong ROI and efficient CAC.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Develop and present recommendations showcasing progress and results to leadership.
  • Identify and test new channels and strategies to meet or exceed critical metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, DTC, finance, analytics, and product teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong knowledge and experience with SEO, SEM, and Social Media best practices.
