The Performance Marketing Manager role at Randstad is a temporary, fully remote position focused on managing and optimizing digital marketing efforts to drive growth. The position involves overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective media buying and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage Multi-Million Dollar Budgets: Oversee digital paid marketing channels, including Paid Social and Display, with a focus on achieving cost-effective growth.
• Optimize Media Buying: Collaborate with both agencies and in-house teams to optimize media buys and hit aggressive growth targets.
• Forecasting and Budget Management: Establish channel forecasts, make budget recommendations, and quickly adapt strategies based on learnings.
• Agency Management: Direct and manage external agencies to meet goals and ROI targets.
• Monitor Key Metrics: Track essential metrics such as budget pacing, LTV, and CAC to ensure targets are being met.
• Experimentation Roadmap: Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap, including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algorithm tests to optimize performance.
• Test New Features: Collaborate with product teams to identify incremental audiences and channels to accelerate growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that marketing goals align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and campaigns.
