About the position

The Performance Marketing Manager at Kodiak is responsible for leading the execution of digital advertising strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. This role encompasses full-funnel digital marketing efforts, from awareness to conversion, and involves collaboration with various teams to ensure cohesive omni-channel campaigns and successful product launches. The manager will optimize digital paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, analyze performance metrics, and manage the advertising budget effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of digital advertising strategies for Kodiak.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital paid media campaigns across social and digital channels, focusing on Meta and Google.
  • Track, measure, and generate reports on campaign performance against benchmarks.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize performance and scale campaigns effectively.
  • Execute full-funnel campaigns by targeting and tracking consumers throughout their journey.
  • Research and test new advertising channels while evaluating ad spend efficiency.
  • Manage advertising budget and plan campaigns accordingly.
  • Analyze retail sales data to identify sales lift from digital media spending.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to guide programmatic buying strategy and execution.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in executing media buys and managing digital advertising for a brand.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Expertise in full-funnel marketing techniques and understanding of the customer journey.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of digital advertising, including paid social and programmatic landscape.
  • Experience leveraging analytics to optimize performance and communicate results effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and generate clear reports.
  • Ability to analyze data and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Strong people skills and conflict management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the food industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with CTV, OLV, and Programmatic Display advertising.
