About the position

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition, enhance ad performance, and maximize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will leverage their creativity and data-driven mindset to shape the company's digital marketing efforts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven paid media strategy across platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate, and display advertising.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for campaign optimization through analysis of performance metrics, market trends, and audience behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Create and manage a robust creative testing system to continue driving growth within ad platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Continuously test and refine ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  • Optimize conversion rates and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) through ongoing analysis and adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards that track key paid media metrics, providing regular updates on campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights to inform campaign adjustments.
  • Report on paid media performance to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in paid media management, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and tools for optimization and reporting.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and audience segmentation tools.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in driving ROI and optimizing ad spend.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
