About The Position
The Performance Measurement Analyst at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is responsible for safeguarding the Authority's revenue and property through performance reporting and analysis. This role involves measuring key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts, and conducting audits of the Open Road Tolling (ORT) revenue collection system. The analyst will work closely with the Tolling Operations Division to maintain performance reporting data and assist in training staff.
