About the position

The Performance Media Specialist at Coegi is responsible for leading performance media marketing efforts across various digital channels, including email marketing, CRM, website development, social media, search, and programmatic advertising. This role focuses on developing and executing paid media strategies, consulting on website development, and implementing measurement integrations to achieve performance-based outcomes for clients. The specialist will collaborate with different departments and serve as a subject matter expert in performance-based digital marketing tactics, continuously evolving Coegi's marketing services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance-based media strategies across digital channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including strategic development and measurement integration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain best practices in performance media.
  • Participate in training and share insights across departments.
  • Measure media performance success and iterate strategies to meet campaign objectives.
  • Review campaign status and performance with internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Provide expertise and research for internal client account teams and assist in new business efforts.
  • Contribute to client presentations in collaboration with Client Services and Account Strategy Director.
  • Create timely blogs, white papers, and case studies to promote Coegi's external marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of hands-on digital campaign management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong track record in executing successful digital strategies and managing paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Experience with direct-response, ecommerce, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Self-starter with a commitment to ongoing education in digital marketing.
  • Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with client-facing experience required.
  • High deductive reasoning skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work within a team environment while managing multiple projects with deadlines.
