About the position

The Performance QA Tester for the SAP ERP System is responsible for conducting performance testing to evaluate the system's behavior under various load conditions. This role involves executing load and stress tests to identify system performance metrics and breaking points, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the SAP ERP system. The position is remote and requires a strong background in performance testing methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform Load Testing to determine the system's behavior under expected load conditions.
• Conduct Stress Testing to assess the system's behavior under extreme conditions beyond its capacity.
• Gradually increase the load (users or transactions) to monitor performance metrics for degradation.
• Identify breaking points and failure conditions by applying loads that exceed the system's capacity.
• Create test data and develop test scenarios using LoadRunner and JMeter.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in LoadRunner and JMeter test scenario scripting.
• 3+ years of performance testing experience on SAP systems and other packaged applications such as Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and metrics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with AI and its application in performance testing.
