Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and leadership to scope and execute projects that meet the needs of the business
• Deliver timely, high-quality simulation and analysis impacting products/processes and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders
• Partner with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test to robustly deliver new products and improve validation processes
• Keep up to date on new technologies and drive continuous improvement to established techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering or Computer Science curriculum
• Employ process management techniques including process flows, cycle time, and waste concepts
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in work outputs
• Utilize analytical thinking to define problems and evaluate alternative solutions
• Communicate effectively, providing constructive feedback and making presentations
• Apply problem-solving techniques to resolve critical issues
• Exhibit technical excellence in addressing functional challenges
• Manage projects effectively, identifying key objectives and deliverables
• Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for generating specifications and simulations
