Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and leadership to scope and execute projects that meet the needs of the business
• Deliver timely, high-quality simulation and analysis impacting products/processes and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders
• Partner with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test to robustly deliver new products and improve validation processes
• Keep up to date on new technologies and drive continuous improvement to established techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering or Computer Science curriculum
• Employs process flows, cycle time, process time and waste concepts as appropriate
• Accurately gauges the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights
• Makes systematic comparisons of two or more alternative solutions
• Delivers helpful feedback that focuses on behaviors without offending the recipient
• Ensures capture of lessons to be learned from a problem-solving effort
• Provides effective technical solutions to routine functional challenges

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Familiarity with project management tools and requirements
• Knowledge of electro-hydraulic systems
• Experience in process management and improvement
