About the position

The Permanent Auxiliary Teacher at Mill Creek Elementary School is responsible for carrying out instructional duties in the absence of the regular teacher. This role is designed for temporary assignments during teacher absences or while filling teacher vacancies. The position requires organizing and delivering instruction based on the approved curriculum, monitoring student progress, and maintaining records. The teacher will also enforce school policies and supervise students, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Kentucky Emergency Substitute Teacher Certification.
• 64 semester college credit hours from an accredited college.
• Minimum GPA of 2.45.
• Experience working with school-age children.
