Your expertise in Office 365 Suite will be vital in maintaining organized records and facilitating communication within the firm. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be interacting with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders regularly. Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and mail related to personal injury and workers' compensation cases.
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents as required by attorneys.
• Maintain organized records and manage case files using Office 365 Suite.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case management.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings by gathering necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury and workers' compensation cases.
• Proficient in Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
