About the position

The PCG Account Coordinator is responsible for servicing high-net-worth personal lines clients at OVD Insurance. This role involves direct communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person, assisting with policy changes, claims, and renewals while collaborating closely with senior agents and commercial producers. The position is hybrid, allowing for remote work after an initial training period.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full service to private client group (PCG) clients via phone, email, and in-person, including policy changes, cancellations, billing, and carrier requests.
  • Assist Sr. Agents with PCG claims, communicating with insureds, adjusters, and internal staff to provide resolutions and updates.
  • Remarket current PCG client's renewal as requested by Sr. Agents.
  • Coordinate renewal reviews of PCG accounts for Sr. Agents.
  • Perform any other duties and tasks required by the Company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the field required.
  • Active Property & Casualty License required.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals required.
  • Knowledge of MI insurance law and other state insurance laws preferred.
  • Extremely strong oral and written communication skills.
