Additionally, the assistant will assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial tasks, as well as prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. A fast typing speed, good listening skills, and excellent note-taking abilities are essential for success in this role. On the personal and domestic side, the Personal Assistant will perform light cooking and meal preparation, handle grocery shopping and other errands that require the use of a vehicle, and conduct light cleaning and organizing around the home.
