About the position

The Personal Assistant / Chauffeur position involves supporting a busy physician with various clinic tasks and providing transportation for the physician and staff members. Responsibilities

• Assist with various clinic tasks as needed.
• Drive the physician and/or staff members to various destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to the physician and staff.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendar.
