About the position

This full-time position involves assisting a high-net-worth entertainment executive with various daily life and household needs in a Brentwood residence. The role requires a high degree of autonomy while also necessitating collaboration with the executive's office and other personnel to coordinate personal travel and manage household operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of style and taste to align with the Principal's preferences, ensuring a well-maintained and organized living environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a well-stocked 6,000 sq. ft residence.
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, prescription pick up, and car servicing.
  • Perform detailed research on travel, food & beverage, entertainment, and products.
  • Provide concierge-style support including local events and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Make personal appointments and reservations, and arrange personal travel including meet and greets, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Handle online purchasing and logistics, including ordering flowers and household supplies.
  • Occasionally care for visiting family pets and schedule vet appointments.
  • Meet vendors at residences, oversee repairs, negotiate costs, and accept deliveries.
  • Set up residences for events, parties, and guest visits, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Advance Principals prior to their arrivals and set up hotel rooms and rental properties during travel.
  • Manage logistics for the purchase of an additional residence possibly in Montecito.
  • Recommend vetted vendors for various household services.
  • Organize household items including closets and drawers.
  • Oversee clothes shopping, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Create a household bible to ensure all systems are operational and agreements with neighbors are maintained.
  • Assist with holiday shopping and gift wrapping if needed.
