Responsibilities

  • Manage the principal's personal calendar and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements for the principal.
  • Field requests for errands and miscellaneous tasks.
  • Support the Estate Manager with household-related duties as needed.
  • Efficiently run errands, including sourcing supplies and personal shopping for the principal.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact, responding to texts, calls, and requests outside of office hours.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to tasks, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in managing calendars and travel arrangements.
