We are seeking a highly personable, creative, and organized Personal Assistant to join our team and assist the owner in managing daily tasks and helping build several companies simultaneously. This is a full-time position, and only candidates based in the Laguna Beach or South Orange County area will be considered. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage schedules, set up appointments, handle various administrative tasks, and provide support for our programming and marketing system development efforts. Over time, there is potential for promotion to a managerial role. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for making calls, setting up appointments, managing and organizing daily schedules, and assisting in building and managing multiple companies. The role also involves providing support in developing marketing systems to help sales representatives achieve their daily sales goals. The candidate will work extensively with Google Docs and Canva, contributing creatively to projects, especially in web development and design. The position allows for remote work, but some hours will require being on-site in Laguna Beach. A dedicated work environment free from distractions is essential, and the candidate must be available to start work at 8 AM PST daily, Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
